Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within the US:

• Economy: $9.99

• Standard (3-4 business days): Free for orders $100.00 and over

• Express (1-2 business days): $19.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy holiday seasons.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries! International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We partner with reliable carriers, including DHL Express and USPS, to get your cookies to you safely.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Claudette's Cookies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Damages or Issues Claudette's Cookies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
