A family is only as strong as their story. Ours began over two decades ago, with Claudette teaching intimate cooking classes in her small Rockaway kitchen.
That love for feeding people grew into Claudette’s, the restaurant we have proudly owned and operated for 14 years.
This box is the child of that legacy. Born from Claudette’s lifelong passion for baking, these cookies represent a return to the start: simple, honest, and made with love. We believe you shouldn't have to compromise to eat well.

For over a decade, we've been feeding our neighbors in Rockaway, NY with a simple promise: real food.
We watched as "food" turned into "products," filled with seed oils and preservatives. We decided to go back to the start. We took the recipes that transcended time and removed the compromise.
No chemistry. Just cookies.
NO SEED OILS. JUST BUTTER.
We bake with grass-fed butter, organic flour and zero compromises. The way cookies were made before the industrial revolution.
